PPS ACCESS PROCEDURES
INQUIRY
To gain access to PPS inquiry as a new user, you need to complete two forms and send them to the Computing department. There's no pre-requisite to gain PPS INQUIRY access. The forms are available at these sites:
1. IBM Logon ID Request
2. Request for Access to Systems - IBM
ENTRY/UPDATE
Entry/Update Access is only given to employees who have completed the PPS Online Entry/Update and Time Reporting training offered every two months. Additional information about this workshop is available on this web site: http://accounting.ucr.edu/ppsentry.htm.
CANCELLATION
Please complete the form on this web site to cancel employees who are separating or no longer use PPS: Cancellation Request - IBM
