Inquiry

To gain access to PPS inquiry as a new user, you need to complete two forms and send them  to the Computing department.  There's no pre-requisite to gain PPS INQUIRY access.  The forms are available at these sites:

Entry/Update

Entry/Update Access is only given to employees who have completed the PPS Online Entry/Update and Time Reporting training offered every two months.  Additional information about this workshop is available on this web site: http://accounting.ucr.edu/payroll/ppsentry.htm

Cancellation

Please complete the form on this web site to cancel employees who are separating or no longer use PPS: Cancellation Request - IBM

Password Resets

Passwords expire every 6 months.  Choose another password that is 6-8 characters long (combination of alpha and numbers are most preferable). Password reset requests should be directed via e-mail to grant.christensen@ucr.edu if you are locked out after three unsuccessful logon attempts or you simply forgot.     Please include your PPS userid on the e-mail request.
