Treasury

Treasury develops financial models, strategies, and recommendations to guide executive decision-making and support campus-wide strategic planning. Its goal is to maximize income on cash balances, manage long-term working capital, and assess the feasibility of funding capital projects in line with liquidity, cash flow, and risk requirements. Treasury also manages external funding by providing fiscal oversight, analysis, and administration of complex fund sources, ensuring effective cash management and compliance with campus, system-wide, and regulatory policies.
