The Payroll/Personnel System (PPS) is an on-line system which provides automated facilities in the support of the payroll and personnel requirements of the University.  These training sessions will provide departmental Payroll/Personnel preparers, back-up preparers and Reviewers the skills necessary to update and/or review an employee's record on PPS.  A preparer cannot be given access to enter/update PPS unless the training is completed.

For registration, follow these steps:

  • Go to UC Learning Center at www.ucrlearning.ucr.edu
  • Enter your UCR NetID and password
  • In the search field, enter "Payroll/Personnel System" and click Go.
  • Click on "Payroll/Personnel System: Time Reporting and Online Update Training" and select Register
  • Review the activity details and select Submit to complete your registration
